Shipping policy

The processing time of your order will be 1-5 business days. Custom and pre-orders will require additional time.

A tracking number will be provided for you to track your shipment. Please be aware that shipping delays can occur once your order leaves our store. If there are issues with your shipment, you may contact us at contact@goldenroseembrace.com.

For lost packages, you may file a claim with the courier for a full refund of your order. Golden Rose Embrace will not be liable or responsible for any delays or failed deliveries of your package by the courier.
